therapy FOR TEENS

Therapy to help your teen cope, grow, and thrive.

A space just for you.

We provide a space for teens to explore and process emotions while they learn to manage stress and difficult emotions, navigate interpersonal relationships, and gain a better understanding of themselves.

Evidence-Based Therapy for Teens

Our therapy sessions are primarily individual, but we may also conduct joint sessions or check-ins with parents, depending on each person's needs and preferences.

We employ an integrative approach, drawing upon evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows us to tailor treatment to each client's unique challenges and goals, providing a comprehensive and effective therapeutic experience.
